First Finance Plc, a joint venture established between First Home Plc, Singapore-based Phillip Capital, and Luxembourg-based Insitor Fund SCA, is the first and only finance company in Cambodia specializing in house financing for low-medium income Cambodian households.
As the company is growing, we are now seeking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
1) Credit Support Officer (based in Phnom Penh)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct credit review and regular customer visits
- Perform cross sales and referral
- Assist Loan Recovery Officer in handling portfolio at risk (PAR)
- Conduct market survey
- Perform other duties as and when required by line manager
Skills/Qualifications required
- Some sales and credit experience preferred but not required
- Dynamic and positive work attitude with ability and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Khmer
- Female are encouraged to apply
- Willing to go to customers' sites.
2) Marketing Assistant (based in Phnom Penh)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing tools using social media (face book, Linkedin, Twitter, website)
- Assist in development of marketing strategy, advertising, and market survey
- Assist in developing promotional and marketing materials for launching new product/service or branch
- Coordinate marketing activities with key partners
Skills/Qualifications required
- Open personality and positive attitude for IT
- Interest in and experience with social medial and web page development
- Capable of working effectively on your own initiative
- Good command of English and Khmer (both read and write)
